Sam Obar is
a journalist and television and radio personality in the
Boston, Massachusetts area. He serves as a contributor to
WalpoleNews.com, and previously published a newspaper for five years.
He is a talk show host on
WDIS AM 1170
(the flagship station
of
Discussion Radio, Inc. and the Discussion Radio Network), as well as
the host of The History Of Walpole on Walpole Community
Television. He is a friend and advisor to a number of local,
state, and national politicians, dignitaries, and business
professionals.
Within the community, Sam regularly works with WDIS AM 1170 and Walpole
Community Television to benefit
local charities and non-profits. He especially likes to spend
time at his family's rustic estate in southeastern Massachusetts in his
spare time.
